About the Registry

Why it exists

Most families choose a yeshiva the way they always have — they ask a relative, a mashpia, an older brother who went before. For families rooted in these communities, that network is usually enough.

But the Chabad world is global. A family in a smaller or out-of-town community — in another city, another country, far from the yeshivos their sons might attend — often doesn't have that network to draw on. The information they need is scattered across dozens of separate sites, word of mouth, and institutional memory they don't share in.

The Registry exists to close that gap: to gather the mosdos in one place, keep the information accurate and current, and let every family see clearly what each yeshiva offers.

What we hold to

• ComprehensiveEvery Chabad-Lubavitch mesivta and yeshiva gedola that serves overseas and out-of-town bochurim belongs here. If one is missing, we want to add it.
• Current, and from the sourceEach yeshiva can maintain its own listing — its hanhala, its daily seder, its registration dates, and the derech it is built on — so the information stays first-hand and up to date.
• No rankings. No reviews. No endorsements.Every yeshiva is presented on equal footing. The Registry does not rate mosdos or tell a family where to go — that choice belongs to each family and its mashpia. Our task is to inform it, not to make it.
• FreeListing a yeshiva costs nothing, and always will.
• B'kavodThese are the mosdos entrusted with raising the next generation of Tmimim. We try to present each one with the dignity it deserves.

How it stays current

Yeshivos keep their own listings up to date through a private link — no logins, no accounts. Anyone can suggest a yeshiva that's missing or a detail that needs fixing, and every submission is reviewed before it appears.
